We provide one-on-one appointments for each session.

We will return your inquiry within 24-48 hours, Tuesday through Saturday. We are not available Sundays and Mondays.

If you are late for your appointment…
We can only guarantee your appointment under 10 minutes late.
If you will be under 10 minutes late, you do not need to contact us.
If you will be more than 10 minutes late, a text or email is appreciated and we will always do our best to accommodate you if our schedule allows it, otherwise we will help you reschedule for another time.
We only offer Virtual Consultations or In-Person as a part of a New Client Session.
Virtual Consultations can be processed here. They are available to clients anywhere around the world as a useful tool to bring to your local salon.
If you live local to Westport, CT, all New Client Sessions receive full in-person consultations.
Cancellation fees.
We charge cancellation fees if your appointment is cancelled under 48 hours. We appreciate your consideration and respect for our time as a small business, as we reserve 2-3+ hour blocks of time with staff for your personal one on one session.
The best way to secure your own custom session is to book online via our Square booking app. This gives you real-time availability to find what works best for your schedule. We do require a credit card to hold appointments and are always happy to adjust bookings or answer any questions you may have.
